In Short: If you choose to register or log in to our Services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
Our Services offer you the ability to register and log in using your third-party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins). Where you choose to do this, we will receive certain profile information about you from your social media provider. The profile information we receive may vary depending on the social media provider concerned, but will often include your name, email address, friends list, and profile picture, as well as other information you choose to make public on such a social media platform.
We will use the information we receive only for the purposes that are described in this privacy notice or that are otherwise made clear to you on the relevant Services. Please note that we do not control, and are not responsible for, other uses of your personal information by your third-party social media provider. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than twelve (12) months past the termination of the user's account .
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

14. GOOGLE API SERVICES USER DATA POLICY
Rocketbrew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
15. WHAT DATA OUR APP SHARES WITH THIRD-PARTY TOOLS SUCH AS AI MODELS
Rocketbrew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The data shared with third-party tools such as our AI model includes email threads originally sent from the Rocketbrew application. We do not read or touch any other email threads, only the threads that were originally sent with your consent from Rocketbrew. We also use data inputted directly into the application in our model settings to train the AI model. This data is inputted by each user directly into the application. Rocketbrew follows all requirements to ensure privacy and user data is secure when using AI models. We access only the email threads originally sent from Rocketbrew. We use only the email threads originally sent from Rocketbrew with our secure AI models. We only store the email thread IDs originally sent from Rocketbrew, not including human-readable content, and then we retrieve the messages linked to those threads in real-time. We do not share any of this data or any other user data in any capacity. All user data is first obtained through user's affiramtive agreeement to read and use specific data. Rocketbrew will never transfer, sell, or use user data for serving ads, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising. Rocketbrew will never transfer, sell, or use user data to determine credit-worthiness or for lending purposes. All employees, agents, contractors, and success comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. Users are able to self-serve opt out at any time.
16. HOW OUR APP ACQUIRES EXPLICIT USER CONSENT TO SHARE DATA WITH THIRD-PARTY TOOLS (SUCH AS AI MODELS)
Rocketbrew's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We explicitely request user consent to integrate your Gmail account with our Rocketbrew application, accessing only the readonly and send scopes. We ensure only the email threads you originally sent from Rocketbrew are the emails we read since we only save those email threads. We will never look at email threads that were not originally sent from Rocketbrew. All other information used by our AI models is directly inputted by the user into our Rocketbrew application. There is no other external source where we will share your data. Rocketbrew will never request access for data we do not need and will never request access to data based on "future enhancements" that have not yet been implemented. Users are able to self-serve opt out at any time. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI and/or ML models.
